Cake and Bake Offerings:
Ready to Bake Frozen Dough
Spray bread pan with non-stick cooking spray (PAM). Place frozen bread dough into the bread pan. Place a piece of plastic wrap loosely over pan. Put into refrigerator over night. The next day place bread pan on counter for 1-3 hrs.
(leaving plastic wrap on top of pan) until bead dough rises approx. ½ “ above pan. Remove plastic wrap, bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 20-35 min. or until sides of loaf are golden brown.
ROLLS, CINNAMON BUNS, & BREAD STICKS
Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Place frozen roll dough onto a baking sheet, or into a 13 x 9 cake pan, leaving enough room for dough to double in size. Place a piece of plastic wrap loosely on top of dough OR place dough in a foil pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and cover with plastic dome cover to prevent it from drying out. Place on counter for 2-5 hrs. (depending on room temp. and type of dough you are using)* until dough has doubled in size. Remove plastic wrap or dome cover and bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 8-20 min. or until golden brown. (CARAMEL PECAN STICKY BUNS should be baked on the lower rack for 15-25 min to ensure dough is baked through. When sticky buns are done, flip pan over onto a plate with caution remove pan.)*
You can also put baking sheet covered with plastic wrap or foil pan covered with plastic dome in refrigerator overnight to thaw, this will speed up the rise time and will only take 1 - 3 hrs. to rise on the counter the next day.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Regular Cookies Place frozen cookie dough on cookie sheet leaving enough room for cookies to double in size. Let dough thaw for 20-30 min., bake in a preheated 375 oven (on upper rack) for approximately 8-12 min. or until lightly golden brown. MINI COOKIES (cookie dough broken into smaller pieces) 7-10 min.
Large 12” Cookies – It comes in a bakeable tray, place bakeable tray onto a cookie sheet, let thaw for approximately 20-30 min. – Bake it at 350 oven for 10-15 min.
Cut-Out Cookies - Thaw for 20 min.. Bake at 375 oven for 8-10 min until edges just begin to get golden brown.
Scrumptions - Follow the same instructions as regular cookies. When baking the chocolate scrumptions they will look shiny at first. When they look dull they are probably done. They should be like a chewy brownie.
STRUDELS & TURNOVERS
Strudel - For best results, thaw strudel overnight in refrigerator or for 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Place strudel on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 - 40 min. or until golden brown into the center of strudel.
Turnovers - Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Place frozen turnovers on baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 - 30 min. or until golden brown.
